Intelligence / Analytics suite

Every panel drills to the claims underneath

Panels that answer a question and then let you open the files behind the answer — with an honest statement of how many rows you are seeing.

A chart you cannot drill into is a chart you cannot act on. It tells a manager something is wrong without telling them where.

Can I get from a number to the claims that produced it?

Yes, on every panel. Each drills through to the underlying claims and each drill row links to the claim itself. Where a drill is capped for performance, the table states how many of how many rows are shown rather than silently truncating.

Panels, drills, exports

Three layers, one permission model

  1. 01

    Panels answer the standing questions

Volume, cycle time, reserve accuracy, closure rates, SLA attainment — the figures a claims operation is actually managed on.

  2. 02

    Drills reach the claims

Every panel opens into the rows behind it, and every row links to the file. The path from a number to a decision is two clicks.

  3. 03

    Caps are stated

When a drill is limited, the count of shown versus total is displayed. A truncated table that looks complete is worse than no table.

  4. 04

    Permissions travel

Analytics runs with the caller’s own entitlements and roles. There is no reporting elevation and no way around a wall by asking a chart instead.

Honesty in the numbers

How unscoreable and missing data is handled

The temptation in analytics is to drop what does not fit so the picture looks clean. Every one of these choices costs visual tidiness and buys trust.

Drill exceeds the cap

Shows “N of M” explicitly

Claims that cannot be scored

Reported as a count with a link to the list, not dropped

Caller lacks an entitlement

The panel is absent, not silently filtered to zero

Empty book

Panels ship empty and fill with your data — no demo figures baked in

Predictive scores

Shown only where Predictive scoring is entitled

What analytics cannot fix

Panels are as good as the practice underneath them. They surface problems; they do not resolve them.

Garbage in stays garbage

Cycle time computed from inconsistently recorded status changes is a precise number about a sloppy process.

No industry benchmark by default

Your panels read your book. Comparison against a wider set is a separate capability, and we will not imply a benchmark you have not bought.

Not a data warehouse

For heavy external analysis, use BI datasets. The panels are an operational surface, not an analytics platform.

Bring a number you did not believe

A figure from your current reporting that felt wrong. We will drill it to the claims and find out whether the number or the process was at fault.
