Waypoint Suites / Personnel Portal

One page, for the people who are not at a desk

Field staff need their deployment, their licensing state and their assignments — not a claims workbench they will never open on a phone in somebody’s driveway.

A deliberately small portal. Its scope is the honest answer to what a deployed adjuster actually needs to see, and adding more would mean adding what nobody asked for.

The scope

What a deployed adjuster needs, and nothing else

Deployment

Where they are posted

Current engagement, the client it belongs to, and the dates it runs.

Licensing

What they may work

License state per jurisdiction with expiries visible before they matter.

Assignments

What is theirs today

Their assigned claims, read from the same inventory the Claims Platform shows.

One record, many faces

The field view is not a copy of the file

A deployed adjuster reads the same claim record as the examiner at a desk and the administrator running the engagement. There is no field database, no sync step, and therefore no reconciliation to fall behind.

No sync

Nothing to reconcile, because nothing was copied.

Same locks

The editing lock applies here too — two people cannot overwrite each other.

Same audit

A field action is recorded identically to a desk action.

Same walls

Tenant isolation and encryption are properties of the platform, not of a portal.

Role catalog — per-portal catalog specified

Per-portal role catalogs are documented in the platform guide and build ahead of the remaining screens; we list them as specified rather than shipped.

  • Field Adjuster
  • Field Supervisor
  • View Only

Deployment carries the fee structure that eventually produces the client invoice — which is why the field record and the Claims Portal read the same deployment rather than two copies of it.

What it solves

Ask us why it is one page

We will give you the real answer: everything else a deployed adjuster might want already exists in a portal built for a desk, and putting it on a phone badly would help nobody.
